FAA Operational Rules
Canine Rescue Flights is a non-profit 501(c)3 - (pending) - organization powered by volunteer private pilots operating under Federal Aviation Regulation part 61, Subpart E, ¶ 113. As such, pilots cannot be paid for their services.
